Lean Six Sigma Training Program

White Belt Training

Target audience: All employees, non-manufacturing.
Participants: Worksop version: Up to 15. Lecture version: Unlimited
Goal: Create awareness, change mindsets, generate enthusiasm for innovation
Description: In this course, people will learn the Lean Six Sigma mindset and way of working in a clear and practical way. They will leave with the appetite and ideas to start to continuously improve their work and remove waste from processes.
Format: Hands-on workshop for a group of up to 15 people or interactive lecture for any number of participants. Online or in person at your company.

Yellow Belt Workshop

Target audience: All employees, non-manufacturing. 5 – 15 participants per workshop.
Duration: Two days
Goal: Learn how to improve your work, go digital. To learn how to improve, improve their work and improve their performance.
Format: Hi-energy workshop: examples, practice of Lean methods on case studies from practice, practical simulation game.
Description: Teach your people how to improve processes in the digital age. A practical two-day tailored workshop where participants will learn the way of thinking and key methods using examples from your company practice. Suitable for anyone who will be working on Lean projects / process innovation.
Topics: We will try out methods such as two-second improvement, analysis of 8 types of waste, process mapping.
We will demonstrate the available digitalization tools and try out the practical use of artificial intelligence for process automation.

What will the participants learn?

The Green Belt Program

Target audience: For future leaders and team members of Lean projects. 5 – 15 participants.
Duration: 6 – 8 days, always spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, or accelerated.
Goal: To teach people to independently deliver process innovations with quantified results.
Format: Participants work in teams to select an improvement project in your company. On each day of the program, they always learn new methods that they apply right away. At the same time, as a facilitator, I directly help and mentor them on their projects. At the end of the program, we deliver results in the millions.
Tailor-made: no client is the same: the entire program can be tailored to your exact needs.
Methods discussed: the DMAIC cycle, Lean project assignment and management, quantifying financial benefits, selecting and measuring project KPIs, waste analysis, process mapping, process analysis, removing bottlenecks, data analysis, root cause analysis, RACI matrix, FMEA analysis, PICK matrix, standardization, digitization, automation, robotization, presenting the project and results to the company, incorporating artificial intelligence and many more.

What you will get at the end:

Implemented projects with measurable benefits with the company. The goal is to achieve a high return on the program. Expectations are in the order of at least hundreds of thousands EUR in annual benefits and savings.
People ready for future projects: after the program, participants will have the knowledge and skills to manage independent and follow-on projects and deliver further benefits and savings as part of continuous improvement.
